I had to stay here during the recent ice storm . The staff has been amazing and even better I could bring my doggies. The rooms are clean and large. Breakfast was great and loved being able to step out and go right to grab it. 100 % would recommend again
I liked this place a lot. Yes there are tons of homeless people in Nashville in general but this hotel was nice. The breakfast was good. The place was clean. The rooms were big and had good bathrooms. I liked everything about it. I wish it had an indoor pool but I’m sure in the summer that’s no big deal. Kind staff. Gym is tiny but it does the job.
Front desk was very friendly, gave me a drink and a snack upon arrival for being an Honors member. Room was clean. Only issue was the batteries in the tv remote were dead, I had a couple in my bag that I replaced them with, all good.
Quiet and ok place. Hallway carpet needs maintenance. Our shower door didn't close completely. Breakfast is ok.
I am spending a considerable amount of time in the Nashville area and this is the best Hampton Inn I have encountered in the area! It was half the price of most other Hampton Inns, yet by far the cleanest and friendliest, while still being a short distance from the city. The staff are very kind and helpful. This specific Hampton Inn is so much better than the others I’ve stayed in, I wish I had come across it earlier!
I come too Nashville often and I’ve stayed at another Hampton Inn several times before I started coming too this location. I will say staff is super friendly, rooms are big enough for my stay and are clean. Some things could use a bit updating but this is my favorite Hampton Inn too visit.Breakfast is included and they have a many of choices which I mostly eat the waffles only. Coffee could be a little stronger but my overall experience is this hotel is much better and close too lots of places. Thank you
My first time ever staying at a Hampton inn. I absolutely enjoyed my decision. It was really nice. I had children and felt safe at this hotel. The pool was really nice and I was say it was great stay. No complaints.
I only stayed at this hotel for one night so I didn't really get to know the room service but the room was very clean when I got there and the front desk was also really nice.
